About Us

Anna, who was born in Puglia, had the inspiration to go back to her roots and create her 'haven of peace' away from the strains and stresses of city life.

Her passion for Italy has been passed on to many friends and clients through her organised trips to the gardens and opera festivals of Italy (www.italianinterludes.co.uk). Her love of Pugliese food - inherited from her mother Isabella, a professional cook - led her to run cookery demonstrations in Italy and to work with chefs such as Keith Floyd and Rick Stein helping them to discover the truly local and traditional foods of this unique part of Italy for their respective BBC series.
